There are no less or more capable employees. Simply there are employees,  more or less ready to be self-motivated and become impressively creative. And everyone can become impressively creative. You only have to explain and convince them about the reason. The reason is nothing but our personal happiness. Our professionalism and our correct behavior are absolutely linked to our personal happiness.

And anthropocentric training convinces them. It convinces them because it puts them in the center of attention, giving them ways to manage problems, stress, dead ends. It helps them to realize that they themselves, are the business. And if they become more creative, more productive and effective, they will benefit firstly themselves and then their employers.

Through anthropocentric training, people learn to identify their personal happiness and prosperity with the prosperity and progress of their working environment. This makes them better people, better spouses, better parents, better friends and, of course, better employees. It is a pooling of interests, for bilateral care and mutual offer.

Yiannis Kalogerakis has identified his name with Anthropocentric & Experiential Education.

We cannot legislate, compel or oblige for quality service or for believers & deserving workers. But we can inspire them!

When Yiannis Kalogerakis was still looking for his passion, he accomplished a Ph.D. in Robotics. And after learning the robots well, he understood that the most important thing on this planet is human being.
So he decided to become anthropocentric and abandon equations and machines.

He knows how to do a job very well. Encourage, motivate people and help them discover the positive element within themselves. To polish it, to develop it and to do miracles with forces, that did not even know they had.

This is what has been done for 35 years and he is probably doing it efficiently, because he continues dynamically.

His motto is: we are our choices. That’s why you must be mindful when you make choices. You choose life!
